A disruptive technology in the field of early breast-cancer diagnosis, Feminai combines home-screening tests with wearable AI. Together with her partners, Ilan won investment from Cactus Capital, raised a first round of funding, and completed pre-clinical trials. The first-place winner in the 2024 global She Loves Tech competition, Feminai is currently preparing for clinical trials at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv.
Based on the win-win model of social impact, AgriFriend helps smallholder farmers in developing countries scale up their businesses through animated videos for increased productivity and profit. To date, AgriFriend has improved the lives and long-term prospects of nearly 20,000 small farmers, was accepted into the +100 Accelerator, and worked with leading global companies in the agri-tech space.

Ira M. Ingerman was a long-time benefactor of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and successful entrepreneur in the fields of finance and real estate. Passionate about Israel, education, the acquisition of business skills, and the development of both personal and professional resilience, Ingerman believed that entrepreneurship was the key to improving people’s lives—just as it helped him build a better life as a young immigrant to the United States.
His legacy lives on in Yazamut 360°’s Ingerman Innovation Hub, whose atmosphere of curiosity, collaboration, and innovation reflects the values he loved and sought to instill in the next generation of Israelis. The annual Ira Ingerman Entrepreneur of the Year Award seeks to honor his memory by encouraging leadership, risk-taking, and out-of-the-box thinking among students at the university—and in the country—he cherished.
